Neto cijena sata posla ili količina posla (za redoviti rad): 50kn / sat

* Naknada za sate rada u dane državnog blagdana, za rad noću, za prekovremeni rad i za rad nedjeljom uvećava se za 50% (čl. 13. st. 3. Zakona o obavljanju studentskih poslova, N.N. 96/2018.)

Opis posla:

Tražimo entuzijastičnog studenta/icu  koji bi radilo kao specijalist za ljudske resurse.

Kao naš specijalist za ljudske resurse, vaša će primarna odgovornost biti upravljanje postupcima zapošljavanja od početka do kraja za različita radna mjesta (student, mlađi, srednji i viši embedded programer, vođa razvojnog tima ...)

Odgovornosti:

● Smišljati jedinstvene načine za jačanje veza sa zajednicom i fakultetima - želimo biti prva vrata na koja će studenti pokucati nakon završetka studija. Svaka inicijativa je dobrodošla!

● Sudjelujte u stvaranju najboljih mogućih iskustva za naše pridošlice. Želimo osigurati da se svi naši novi zaposlenici od prvog dana osjećaju kao dio tima, kao i osigurati kontinuirani sustav povratnih informacija o njihovoj uspješnosti.

● Proaktivno traženje potencijalnih kandidata.

● Upravljanje postupkom zapošljavanja tijekom cijelog ciklusa.

● Izvršiti provjeru referenci i pozadine kandidata.

● Suradnja s menadžerima kako biste bolje razumjeli njihove potrebe za zapošljavanjem.

● Predstavljati aconno na događanjima, te organizacija tih događaja.

● Biti kontakt osoba za razne projekte, poput studentske prakse, sajmova poslova i sličnih događaja.

Ostale napomene i uvjeti:

●Odlično znanje engleskog jezika (u govoru i pismu), znanje njemačkog jezika je plus.

● Snažne vještine komunikacije i intervjuiranja.

● Ima osnovno razumijevanje radnog prava

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic student worker to work as a human resources specialist.

As our HR specialist, your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions (student, junior, mid-level, and senior embedded developer, embedded developer team lead…).

Responsibilities

  • Create unique ways to strengthen ties with the community and faculties - we want to be the first door that students knock-on after graduation or the Ph.D.  Every initiative is welcomed, from organizing student challenges, Open Doors events, Job Fairs - as long as it works!
  • Participate in creating the best possible onboarding experiences for our newcomers. We want to ensure that all of our new employees feel like a part of the team from day one, as well as ensuring a continuous feedback system to keep them on track.
  • Proactively search for potential candidates.
  • Support any recruitment-related projects: such as internal mobility, referral program, career site improvements, etc.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Perform reference and background checks.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Follow recruitment trends in order to attract and retain the best talents.
  • Represent aconno internally and externally at events, support employer branding, by networking, and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Act as a point of contact for various projects, such as student internships, job fairs, and similar events.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills.
  • Has a basic understanding of labor law.
