Neto cijena sata posla ili količina posla (za redoviti rad): 35 kn/sat

* Naknada za sate rada u dane državnog blagdana, za rad noću, za prekovremeni rad i za rad nedjeljom uvećava se za 50% (čl. 13. st. 3. Zakona o obavljanju studentskih poslova, N.N. 96/2018.)

Druge naknade (putni troškovi, hrana, smještaj i dr.): putni troškovi (u iznosu do 1.000 kn, ovisno o mjestu stanovanja)

Opis posla: identificiranje efektivnih regrutiracijskih kanala, pretraživanje baze i kontaktiranje kandidata, provođenje selekcijskih intervjua, vođenje baze podataka, dodatni administrativni zadaci

Posebna znanja i vještine: izvrsno poznavanje i njemačkog i engleskog u govoru i pismu; izvrsne komunikacijske vještine, snalažljivost i proaktivnost, pozitivan pristup, napredni korisnik MS office paketa

Radno vrijeme: Ponedjeljak – petak; 8-16h ili 9-17h

Who are you?

• You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You are a creative, and proactive

• You have strong organizational and time management skills

• You have positive attitude and problem solving approach

• You are proficient user of the main MS Office applications (word, excel) and e-mail

What are you going to do?

• You will be identifying effective recruitment channels

• You will be researching data base, screening CVs, and contacting candidates

• You will conduct individual interviews and language testing

• You will maintain database management

• You will be identifying specialized profiles in the contact center area

• You will provide administrative follow up
